About the game

A math problem appears. A voice reads it out loud. And below the number, the same amount is drawn out — 4 tyres plus 3 tyres — so a child who still counts on their fingers can count on the screen. Three answers, only one is right.

Got it? The car takes off, loops in the air, drifts, pops a wheelie and settles back down. Then the next one comes.

That's it. And it's enough for a kid to ask for "one more race".

YOU CAN COUNT IT, NOT JUST READ IT

Alongside the number comes the amount, drawn: tyres, cones, flags, helmets, trophies, steering wheels. They change with every problem, so they never fade into background decoration. A child who already reads the number ignores the drawings; one who doesn't yet counts the tyres and gets it right all the same. The number stays on screen the whole time — the objects are a support, not a crutch.

GETTING IT WRONG IS PART OF LEARNING

No lives. No energy. No game over. No waiting. Got it wrong? The problem stays right there, the wrong answer gets marked, and they try again until they get it. The game never gives up on them and never sends them back to the start.

That's the project's most important rule: fun first, learning second, never punishing.

YOU PICK THE DIFFICULTY — AND IT NEVER CHANGES ON ITS OWN

Two separate settings in the menu:

And it stays that way. On race 1 and on race 500. The game NEVER raises the difficulty by itself — no numbers quietly growing, no division showing up in the middle of addition practice. If your kid is comfortable adding up to 9, they can add up to 9 as long as they like. You change it, in the menu, when you decide it's time.

Divisions always come out exact — no remainders, no decimals.

RACES OF 5, AND A NEW CAR EACH TIME

Every five correct answers the car crosses the finish line, with a checkered flag, confetti and a fanfare. It shows how many were right, how many were wrong, and the score. Then the next race starts — with a different car on the track. There are six models, mostly big-wheeled monster trucks, shuffled so the same one never shows up twice in a row.

THE VOICE READS THE PROBLEM

"Seven plus four." A child who still reads slowly can play by listening. And when they tap an answer, the game says the number they picked — they hear what they decided. You can choose the voice in settings, from the ones installed on the device, or turn it off for silence.

SEE WHERE THEY'RE DOING WELL

The stats screen shows accuracy per operation separately: addition 87%, multiplication 62%. Not to grade them — so you know what to practise.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET

Everything works in airplane mode. No login, no sign-up, no account, no "connecting...". Progress stays on the device and nowhere else.

GENUINELY LIGHTWEIGHT

The car and the track are drawn in code, not images. The sounds — the engine, the "ping" of a correct answer, the finish line fanfare — are created on the spot by the device itself, not audio files. That's why the app is small and opens fast even on a basic phone.
