Terms of Use — Conta Carros

These terms apply to the use of the Conta Carros app, published by PlayDude. By installing or using the game, you — or the adult responsible for the child — agree to them. If you do not agree, just don't use it and uninstall the app.

1. What Conta Carros is

An educational math game: an addition, subtraction, multiplication or division problem appears, a voice reads it, the child picks the answer and the car moves forward in the race. The difficulty (operations and size of the numbers) is chosen in the menu and only changes when someone changes it there.

2. For children, with a responsible adult

The game was made for children. We recommend that a parent or guardian installs the app, chooses the difficulty and supervises its use, including screen time. When a child uses the game, the person who accepts these terms on the child's behalf is the responsible adult.

3. Free and without purchases

Conta Carros is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid coins or content locked behind payment. If this ever changes, these terms and the app's page on Google Play will be updated before the change reaches the app.

4. Ads

To stay free, the game shows one ad strip (banner) at the bottom, served by Google AdMob. Ads are marked as child-directed, non-personalized and limited to the General content rating. There are no full-screen or video ads, and nothing in the game is unlocked in exchange for watching an ad.

Google chooses the content of each ad, within these rules. If something that seems inappropriate for children appears, let us know at the contact below.

5. License to use

PlayDude grants a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the game on your devices, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app;
• try to bypass, maliciously block or generate artificial clicks on the ads;
• use the game in any way that breaks the law.

6. Intellectual property

The game — code, art, sounds, texts and the Conta Carros and PlayDude brands — belongs to PlayDude or is used with permission. These terms do not transfer any of these rights.

7. Educational content

Conta Carros is an aid for practicing math in a fun way. It does not replace school, teachers or educational guidance, and we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome.

8. Availability and updates

The game is provided as is. We may fix, improve, change or stop offering the game at any time. Narration uses the device's own voice feature and may not be available on every device or in every language — without it, the game keeps working normally.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlayDude is not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game, nor for the content of third-party ads. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law guarantees to consumers.

10. Privacy

How the game handles information — including what Google's ads SDK processes — is described in the Conta Carros Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

11. Google Play

Installation and updates happen through Google Play, which has its own terms of service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When that happens, the date at the top changes and the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the game after a change means agreeing to the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA).
