Terms of Use — XP Button
Mobile game for Android · Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of the terms
By installing or using XP Button, a mobile game for Android developed by playdude, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the app's Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any point, do not install the app, or uninstall it.
2. Description of the service
XP Button is a clicker game with no server of its own: there is no account, sign-up, e-mail or password in the app, and all progress is saved locally on the device. The app optionally offers a leaderboard and achievements via Google Play Games Services, rewarded ads via Google AdMob and in-app purchases via Google Play Billing.
3. License to use
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use XP Button on devices you own or control, exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, redistributing or reselling the app or any part of it is prohibited.
4. In-app purchases
XP Button offers optional items for purchase (such as the AntiAD unlock and Gold packs), processed entirely by Google Play Billing. When you buy an item:
- Payment, refunds and billing follow the Google Play Store's own policies, not this developer's.
- Purchased items are tied to your Google Play account and can be restored via "Restore purchases" on a reinstall.
- There is no guarantee of money value, exchange or conversion of virtual items outside the game itself.
5. Prohibited use
By using XP Button, you agree not to:
- Use bots, macros, cheats, reverse engineering or any automated/artificial means to change the game's progress or leaderboard;
- Intentionally exploit flaws or bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
- Use the app for any illegal purpose or one that violates the rights of others;
- Break the Google Play Games Services rules when interacting with the leaderboard and achievements.
The developer may remove scores from the leaderboard, revoke achievements or restrict access to the app in case of misuse, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
XP Button — including code, design, art, name and brand — is owned by playdude. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you beyond the personal use license described above. Third-party brands mentioned (Google Play, AdMob) belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
XP Button is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. Since this is a free app with optional purchases, the developer is not responsible for loss of progress, unavailability of third-party services (Google Play Games, AdMob, Google Play Billing) or indirect damages arising from the use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law.
8. Changes to the terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means agreement with the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the developer's domicile, unless the law provides otherwise.
