Privacy Policy — XP Button
Mobile game for Android · Last updated: July 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how the XP Button app (mobile game for Android, developed in Unity) handles data when used. XP Button has no server of its own: there is no account, sign-up, e-mail or password in the app, and all your progress is saved locally on your device. The only data that leaves the device goes through the third-party services described below, used exactly for the functions they advertise.
2. Data stored locally on the device
Saved only on your device, without going through any server of ours:
- Game progress (XP, Gold, click counter, state of the dice and of Auto Click)
- Preferences (sound, music, vibration)
- Purchase record (AntiAD unlock, Gold packs)
Uninstalling the app deletes this data (unless the "Restore purchases" option is used on a reinstall, which checks Google Play Billing, not a server of ours).
3. Third-party services used
Google Play Games Services — used for the Leaderboard (XP ranking) and Achievements (click milestones). When you sign in with your Google Play Games account, Google links your total XP and achievement progress to your account, under the Google Privacy Policy. Sign-in is optional — the game works without it, just without the global leaderboard.
Google AdMob — used to show rewarded ads (optional, always triggered by an explicit tap from the player — never automatic). AdMob may collect the device's advertising identifiers to show and measure ads, under the Google Privacy Policy and the AdMob policies.
Google Play Billing — used to process in-app purchases (AntiAD, Gold packs). Payment processing is done entirely by Google — the app does not receive or store card/payment data.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes — the XP Button developer does not collect or store personal data on a server of its own (there is none). The only sharing that exists is inherent to the use of Google Play Games, AdMob and Google Play Billing, described above.
5. Children's data
XP Button is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 beyond what the third-party services above (Google Play Games, AdMob, Google Play Billing) already collect under their own policies.
6. Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct incomplete or outdated data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consents previously given
Since the game does not keep personal data on a server of its own, these rights over data from the third-party services (Google Play Games, AdMob, Google Play Billing) must be exercised directly through Google's channels, in addition to the contact below.
7. Developer
XP Button is developed by playdude, an individual, as registered in the Google Play Console.
