Terms of Use — My Village (Minha Vila)

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or playing My Village, a game developed by playdude, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the game's Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any point, do not use the game.

2. Game description

My Village is a mobile game for Android. The detailed description of the mechanics will be updated on this page as the game is launched. The app may show ads and offer an optional purchase to remove them — see the Privacy Policy for details about data.

3. License to use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to play My Village, exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The original code and art of My Village belong to playdude. Parts of the game may use third-party art, sounds or libraries distributed under licenses that allow such use, according to the terms of each license. No intellectual property rights over the game are transferred to you beyond the personal use license described above.

5. Ads

If enabled in the app

The app may show ads through the Google AdMob network. The content of the ads shown is the responsibility of the ad network and the advertisers, not of the My Village developer, who does not individually choose or control which ad appears.

6. Optional purchase to remove ads

If offered in the app

• If offered, it is a one-time purchase, tied to your Google account — it is not a subscription and is not charged again.
• Payment is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Refunds follow Google Play's policy, not a policy of the developer's own.
• Restoring the purchase (when you reinstall or change devices) depends on Google Play recognizing the purchase linked to your account.
• This purchase removes the game's ads, and nothing more: it gives no gameplay advantage, item, power or extra content, unless stated otherwise on the app's store listing.

7. Expected conduct

By using My Village, you agree not to:

• Modify the game or its code and redistribute it as your own, in whole or in part;
• Redistribute the game, with or without modifications, presenting yourself as its author or rights holder;
• Use the game for any unlawful purpose or one that violates the rights of others.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

My Village is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted operation or absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, the developer is not responsible for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time, including as the game's final features are defined. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the developer's domicile, unless the law provides otherwise.
