Privacy Policy — My Village (Minha Vila)
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Summary: My Village does not require an account, sign-up, e-mail or password. The developer has no server of its own and does not collect or store personal data directly. The app may show ads (Google AdMob network) and may offer a one-time, optional purchase to remove ads — in that case, the data described below is collected directly by Google, not by us.
1. About the game
My Village is a mobile game for Android, published by playdude. This policy may be adjusted as the game's final features are defined — the current version is always the one published on this page.
2. No account and no direct collection
- There is no account, sign-up, e-mail or password created by the game.
- The developer has no server of its own and collects no personal data directly.
- There is no Google Analytics or behavior tracking inside the game, and no data is sold to third parties.
- Game progress is saved only on your device.
3. Ads
If enabled in the app
The app may show ads through the Google AdMob network. To show and measure these ads, AdMob collects, directly on your device:
- Device advertising identifier (Advertising ID);
- IP address;
- Device model, operating system and language;
- Interactions with ads (views, taps).
This data goes directly to Google, which acts as an independent controller of this information — the My Village developer does not receive, see or store any of it.
You can reset or delete your device's advertising identifier at any time in Android Settings → Google → Ads (the exact path may vary depending on the Android version).
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will see a consent form before the ads, as required by the GDPR.
More details: Google Privacy Policy and Google partner policy.
4. Optional purchase to remove ads
If offered in the app
If the app offers a one-time, optional purchase to remove ads, payment is processed entirely by Google Play Billing:
- The developer does not receive, see or store card numbers or any bank data — that stays entirely with Google.
- The developer only receives the confirmation that the purchase exists, to unlock the benefit.
- The purchase is tied to your Google account. The app checks Google Play when it opens to restore the purchase automatically if you reinstall or change devices.
5. Google Play Games (if integrated)
If enabled in the app
If the game integrates the Google Play Games Leaderboard and/or Achievements, your participation is optional and depends on signing in with your Google account. Profile data (name, photo) and score data stay with Google Play Games — see the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Who data is shared with
The My Village developer does not sell or share data with anyone — because it collects none directly. The only data that exists is collected directly by the Google services used in the app (AdMob, Google Play Billing and/or Google Play Games), each for its own purpose, described in the sections above.
7. Your rights under the LGPD
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), you have the right to confirmation that processing exists, access, correction, deletion and other rights over personal data processed about you.
Since the developer collects no personal data directly, the data described in this policy (ads, payment, Play Games) stays with Google. To exercise your rights over this data, use Google's own channels:
- Manage/delete the advertising identifier: Android Settings → Google → Ads;
- Google Privacy Center: myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
Any question or request about the game itself can be sent directly to the contact below.
8. Children
My Village is suitable for all ages. The developer does not collect any personal data from anyone directly, regardless of the player's age.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated as the game's final features are defined, and whenever there are relevant changes in the future. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top updated. We recommend reviewing this page from time to time.
