Terms of Use — LetraMigo

1. Who can use it

LetraMigo was made for children aged roughly 3 to 6, to play with a parent or guardian nearby. Installing, the settings and any purchase are the grown-up's responsibility, which is why everything meant for grown-ups sits behind the gate of the For grown-ups area.

2. Licence

PlayDude grants you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use LetraMigo on devices you control, for personal and non-commercial use. The game, its code, its artwork, its texts, its voice and its character (Dude) remain PlayDude's. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, decompile or use the game's content in another product without written permission.

3. Purchases

The game is free. Inside the grown-ups area there are two optional one-time purchases (they are not subscriptions):

• LetraMigo without ads — permanently removes the banners on that device and on any other where the same Google Play account is signed in, using the Restore purchases button.
• Support LetraMigo — a voluntary contribution to the developer that gives nothing in return: it unlocks no content, gives no sticker, changes nothing in the game and removes no ads. It is a thank you, and nothing more.

The price shown is always the one reported by Google Play, in the currency and with the taxes of whoever buys. Payment, the receipt and any refund are Google Play's, under its policies; PlayDude does not process payments and has no access to your billing data. Refund requests go through Google Play itself.

4. Ads

The free version shows an ad banner at the bottom, served by Google AdMob in child-directed mode (non-personalized, rated for everyone, no advertising identifier). There are no full-screen, video or rewarded ads, and no ad is required to move forward. Details in the Privacy Policy.

5. Progress and data

The alphabet progress is saved on the device only. Uninstalling the app, clearing the app's data or using Reset progress erases that progress with no way to recover it — there is no copy on any server. The ad-removal purchase, on the other hand, comes back through Restore purchases, because the receipt is kept by Google Play.

6. Educational use

LetraMigo is a game that supports early literacy, and does not replace school, a teacher, a speech therapist or any pedagogical follow-up. The content is presented in Brazilian Portuguese, English and Spanish, with the words and sounds of each language.

7. Warranties and liability

The app is provided as is. PlayDude works to make it run well on current Android devices, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, PlayDude is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing here removes rights that Brazilian consumer law guarantees.

8. Changes

These terms may change when the app changes. The new version stays on this page, with the date at the top updated. Continuing to use the app after that means agreeing to the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of the consumer's domicile are chosen to settle any question arising from them.
