LetraMigo is an educational alphabet game for children aged 3 to 6, published by PlayDude. This page explains, plainly, what the game does with information.

Summary: the game does not ask for sign-up, name, age, e-mail or any sensitive device permission, and it has no chat or any other way for people to contact each other. What it stores — the alphabet progress and the settings — stays on the device itself. PlayDude has no server that receives any data from the game. Two things use the internet: the ad banner at the bottom, served by Google AdMob in child-directed mode (non-personalized ads, no advertising identifier, rated for everyone) and, if a grown-up chooses to, the Google Play store for the two optional purchases, which live behind an adult gate.

What stays on your device

The game writes to the app's own local storage, so the child does not have to start over every time:

None of this identifies anyone: these are letters, numbers and preferences, with no name, no e-mail, no age and no identifier of any person. This information never leaves the device — there is nowhere to send it. A grown-up can erase the progress at any time in For grown-ups → Reset progress, and uninstalling the app erases everything.

Voice and sound

Dude speaks through audio files that ship inside the app. The game does not use the microphone, does not record audio, does not use the device's text-to-speech and does not send text to any service. Microphone permission is not requested — and could not be, because it is not declared in the app.

Internet

The activities work offline. There is no login, no account, no sync, no online leaderboard and no chat. Without internet the game is still complete, just without the ad banner. The only possible communications are the ones described under Ads and Purchases, plus the Google Play check that tells you when a new version of the app exists.

Ads

LetraMigo shows one ad banner at the bottom, with space reserved in the layout so it never covers the activity or the answer cards. There are no full-screen ads, no video ads and no rewarded ads, and no ad is ever required to move forward.

Ads are served by Google AdMob, a network self-certified for the Google Play Families programme. Because the game is directed to children, every ad request is marked as child-directed (child treatment and under the age of consent) and configured for:

To deliver the ad, measure its display and prevent fraud, the Google AdMob SDK processes technical information, such as device identifiers that are not the advertising identifier, IP address, device model and system, language and ad diagnostics. This data is transmitted encrypted and handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and its rules for ads to children; PlayDude does not receive this data in a way that identifies you or the child. Where the law requires it (Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the app shows Google's consent form before the first ad, and the Privacy options button is available in the grown-ups area to review that choice.

Purchases

LetraMigo is free and offers two optional one-time purchases, which live only in the grown-ups area, behind an adult gate (a multiplication question). No offer appears during the activities, and Dude never asks anyone to buy anything.

Payment is processed by Google Play. PlayDude does not see and does not store card numbers, addresses or any payment data: the app only receives from Google the answer that the purchase was approved, and records on the device that it exists. Handling of the payment data is Google's, under its privacy policy and the store's. The Restore purchases button, in the same area, asks the store which purchases already belong to that account.

Children

LetraMigo is made for children and takes part in the Google Play Families programme. Therefore: no personal data is collected, no information leaves the device, there is no personalized advertising, no advertising identifier, no chat or social interaction, no social network links inside the children's experience, and all content is rated for everyone.

Because the game collects no personal data at all, there is no child information to request, correct or delete — and therefore nothing that would need a parent's or guardian's consent to be processed. The button that leads to other PlayDude games and the links to this policy sit behind the adult gate or outside the activity, in the Credits.

App permissions

The app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, phone, files or the advertising identifier (AD_ID), which was removed on purpose.

Your rights

Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) guarantees access, correction and deletion of your personal data. For LetraMigo the answer is simple: PlayDude holds no personal data from this app, because it collects and sends nothing. What exists is on the device and disappears when the progress is reset or the app is uninstalled. Even so, any request or question can be sent to lgpd@playdude.com.br.

Changes to this policy

If the game starts doing something different, this page will be updated before the change reaches the app, and the date at the top will change.
