Terms of Use — This Game Does Not Exist 2

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the game, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. The game is intended for people 13 years or older.

2. What the game is

A humorous point-and-tap game, sequel to This Game Does Not Exist, in which the system itself insists it is not a game and a bureaucratic, sarcastic narrator comments on everything you do. It is entertainment and satire: the forms, stamps, cases, notices, certificates, receipts, the “shop”, the “Nothing” currency, the payments and the “refunds” shown in the game are fiction, involve no real money, have no official value and do not represent any real agency, company or person.

3. Price, purchase and refunds

• The game is paid and sold through Google Play. The price is the one shown in the store at the time of purchase. It shows no ads and has no in-app purchases.
• Purchase, payment and refunds follow the Google Play terms and refund policy. To request a real refund, use Google Play (your account's order history) or write to contato@playdude.com.br.
• The game's jokes about denied refunds, “emotional refunds” or paying again are part of the fiction. They are not an answer to any request and do not change any of your rights.

4. Permitted use

• You may use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes, on the Google account it was purchased with, under Google Play rules.
• You may not copy, decompile, modify, redistribute or resell the game or its parts (code, images, texts, voice, music and sounds), except where the law allows.

5. Ownership

The name Esse Jogo Não Existe, the PlayDude brand, the Dude mascot, the texts, the art, the narrator's voice, the music and the sound effects belong to PlayDude or are used under license. Third-party components follow their own licenses, listed on the game's Credits screen.

6. No warranties

The game is provided “as is”. We do our best for it to work well, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or that it will work on every device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlayDude is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, such as loss of progress stored on the device. Nothing in these terms removes rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990).

8. Changes and discontinuation

We may update the game and these terms. When the terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them. We may also stop offering the game at any time.
