Developer: PlayDude

Summary: This Game Does Not Exist 2 is a paid app on Google Play and does not collect, send or share personal data. There is no sign-up, login, ads, in-app purchases, or analytics or tracking tools.

Your progress is stored only on your device, and the game works without internet.

1. What the game stores

Only what is needed for you to pick up where you left off, and only on your device (the app's local storage):

This data never leaves the device. PlayDude receives none of it.

2. Buying the game

The game is sold through Google Play. The purchase is made with your Google account, and payment is processed by Google, under the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play terms. PlayDude does not receive your card or other payment details. In the Google Play developer console, PlayDude only sees the order information Google provides to developers (such as order number, date, amount and country), used only for accounting and to handle support and refund requests.

The app itself has no purchases, does not check payments and does not send anything about your purchase.

3. What the game does not do

4. Google Play services

The game uses two features of Google Play itself, which belong to Google and follow the Google Privacy Policy:

5. Share button

The final page has a “Share” button. It only opens Android's own share sheet with a ready-made text and the link to the game on Google Play. You choose whether to send it, through which app and to whom; the sending is done by the app you chose. The game sends nothing on its own and does not learn what you chose.

6. Internet

PlayDude runs no server for this game, and the game sends no information to it. The connection is only used by the Google Play features above and when you ask for it yourself, for example by tapping the link to this policy (which opens in your browser), the button that opens the game's page on Google Play, or when you share.

7. Android permissions

PermissionWhat for
android.permission.INTERNET Required by the component that displays the game on screen and used by the Google Play features (rating and update notice). The game itself sends no data.
android.permission.VIBRATE Short vibration on some taps. It can be turned off in the game's Settings.
com.playdude.essejogonaoexiste2.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION Internal permission generated by the AndroidX library to protect the app itself. It gives access to no data.

8. Sound and vibration

The game has music, sound effects and the narrator's voice, all recorded inside the app. Sound, music and vibration can be turned on and off in the game's Settings. The game does not record audio and does not use the microphone.

9. Backup

The game is excluded from Android's automatic backup. Progress does not go to the cloud and does not move from one device to another. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, the progress is erased.

10. Audience and children

This Game Does Not Exist 2 is a satire for people 13 years or older and is not directed at children. The game collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.

11. Data deletion and your rights

PlayDude keeps no server or database with information about players of this game, so there is no game data of yours with us to delete. To erase what is on the device, use “Erase records” in the game's Settings, or Android Settings → Apps → Esse Jogo Não Existe 2 → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the game. For any request about your data, write to contato@playdude.com.br.

This covers the rights provided by the LGPD (Brazilian Law 13,709/2018), the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA.

12. Changes to this policy

If a future version starts showing ads, offering in-app purchases, asking for login, saving progress to the cloud or collecting any data, this page is updated before the new version reaches the store, and the effective date at the top changes with it.
