Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or playing Troll Dude, a game developed by PlayDude, whether through the web version, the standalone HTML file or the Android app on Google Play, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the game's Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any point, do not use the game.

2. Game description

Troll Dude is a 2D platform game in the "troll game" style, where the map tricks the player on purpose (blocks that disappear, coins that explode, fake flags, etc.), made in plain JavaScript. The web version (browser or offline HTML file) runs without a server, account, ads or purchases. The Android app, besides the game itself, shows ads and offers the Anti-AD purchase, described in sections 5 and 6 — see the Privacy Policy for details about data.

3. License to use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to play Troll Dude, exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The original code and art of Troll Dude belong to PlayDude. Part of the game's art and sounds comes from third-party packs distributed under the CC0 license (public domain), used according to the terms of those licenses. No intellectual property rights over the game are transferred to you beyond the personal use license described above.

5. Ads (Android app only)

Android app only

The Android app shows ads through the Google AdMob network. The content of the ads shown is the responsibility of the ad network and the advertisers, not of the Troll Dude developer, who does not individually choose or control which ad appears.

6. Anti-AD purchase (Android app only)

Android app only

7. Expected conduct

By using Troll Dude, you agree not to:

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Troll Dude is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted operation or absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, the developer is not responsible for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the developer's domicile, unless the law provides otherwise.
