Terms of Use — Mahjonguinho

Effective as of October 16, 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing or playing Mahjonguinho, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If the child cannot read these terms yet, they apply to the guardian who installed the game.

2. The game

Mahjonguinho is a Mahjong Solitaire for kids: the player matches pairs of identical, free tiles until the board is clear. Every match is generated with at least one possible solution, and the game offers hints, undo and shuffling the tiles when the pairs run out. It works without internet once installed.

3. Permitted use

• Personal, non-commercial use, on your device.
• Copying, reselling, modifying or distributing the app, or trying to circumvent how it works, is not allowed.

4. Price

The game is free. It has no ads and no in-app purchases. If this changes in a future version, these terms and the privacy policy will be updated beforehand, and the change will appear on the Google Play page.

5. Intellectual property

The Mahjonguinho name, the logo, the Dude mascot, the texts, the sounds and the code belong to PlayDude. The tile drawings are the device's own system emojis (Google, Apple, Microsoft or the manufacturer's), so they may look a little different from one phone to another. The Baloo 2 font is used under the SIL Open Font License. The full list of credits is on the game's Credits screen.

6. Warranty and liability

We do our best for the game to work well, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will run on every device or without any error. To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, PlayDude is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by the Consumer Defense Code.

7. Updates

We may release new versions with more board shapes, tiles and fixes. These terms may change; the date at the top shows the version in force.
