Terms of Use — Potion Shop

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the game you agree to these terms and to the Potion Shop Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Children and minors should use the game with the knowledge and supervision of their parents or guardians.

2. What the game offers

An alchemy shop simulator: gather ingredients, brew potions, serve customers, hire apprentices and grow the shop. Progress is saved on the device. Google Play Games features (achievements and leaderboard) depend on optional sign-in with your Google account and on Google's own rules. Gifts from critters that fly by the shop and sales are drawn on the device and may not appear; the rules are shown in the game and may change between versions.

3. Purchases, Magic Essence and rewarded video

• Magic Essence: the game's virtual currency, earned by playing (achievements, expansions and gifts) or bought in packs of 60, 180 and 500. It is used for optional shortcuts, temporary charms (for example, a faster cauldron for 15 minutes) and sale tickets. Nothing essential to progress requires Essence. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person, and is stored on the device: clearing the app's data may erase it.
• No ads: a one-time purchase that removes the banner ad for the Google account used to buy it, in this and future versions; the rewarded video stays optional.
• Gold x2 forever: a one-time purchase that doubles the gold paid by customers, also tied to the purchasing Google account.
• Both one-time purchases can be recovered with “Restore purchases” (Settings or Magic Shop). Essence packs already used are not restored.
• Rewarded video: optional; watching it to the end doubles customer gold for 10 minutes.

Payments, pending payments and refunds follow Google Play's rules. Your consumer rights under applicable law still apply.

4. For all ages

The game is part of Google Play's Families program: ads are tagged for children, are not personalized and the game does not use the advertising ID. The Dude mascot never asks for purchases, ads or ratings. We recommend that parents turn on purchase authentication in Google Play.

5. Permitted use

• You may use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, decompile, modify, redistribute or resell the game or its parts (code, images, music and sounds), except where the law allows.
• You may not alter the app or its data to get Essence, gold or purchases without paying, or to cheat the Google Play Games leaderboard or achievements.

6. Ownership

The name Loja de Poções, the PlayDude brand, the Dude mascot, the art, music and sound effects belong to PlayDude or are used under license. Third-party components follow their own licenses, listed on the game's Credits screen.

7. No warranties

The game is provided “as is”. We do our best for it to work well, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or work on every device. Gold prices, rewards and pacing may change between versions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlayDude is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, such as loss of progress stored on the device. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by consumer protection law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the game and these terms. When the terms change, the effective date at the top changes too. We may also stop offering the game at any time.
