Privacy Policy — Loja de Poções
Effective as of October 28, 2026
App: Loja de Poções (Potion Shop) · package com.playdude.lojadepocoes
Developer: PlayDude
Contact: contato@playdude.com.br
Summary: Loja de Poções is an alchemy shop simulator for the whole family, children and adults. It does not ask you to sign up, does not ask for an email, has no purchases and does not send data to the developer — there is no PlayDude server behind the game. Your progress is stored on the device itself.
The game shows one ad banner from Google AdMob at the bottom of the screen. Because the game takes part in the Google Play Families program, the ad is always non-personalized, rated General (G), tagged as child-directed, and the app does not read the advertising identifier. Signing in to Google Play Games is optional. PlayDude does not receive, see or keep any personal data.
1. Data that stays only on your device
The game stores some information in the device's local storage (localStorage), only so you don't lose your shop between sessions:
- Your shop — gold, Magic Essence, shop stage, ingredients and potions in stock, upgrade levels, cauldrons, hired apprentices and the customers waiting at the counter.
- Stats and achievements — counters such as customers served, potions brewed and ingredients gathered, and which achievements you have unlocked.
- Time of the last save — used only to work out what the pots and baskets produced while the game was closed.
- Preferences — language, sounds, music and vibration.
The game also keeps a backup copy of this progress, on the same device, to recover the shop if the main file gets corrupted. This information is never transmitted to the developer: there is no PlayDude server, account or sync behind the game. It is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
2. Ads (Google AdMob)
The app shows only one banner, always at the bottom of the screen. Its space is reserved in the layout, so it does not cover the game. There are no full-screen (interstitial) ads, no rewarded videos, and nothing in the game is unlocked in exchange for watching an ad.
The banner comes from the Google AdMob network. To deliver and measure ads, Google's own Mobile Ads SDK collects, directly on your device:
| Data | Purpose | Collected by |
|---|---|---|
| Device identifiers — the App set ID. The Android advertising identifier (AD_ID) is not read: the permission was removed from the app | Limit repetition of the same ad, measure performance and prevent fraud | Google AdMob |
| Interactions — app opens and what happens with the ad (impression, tap, view) | Measure and bill the ad, prevent invalid clicks | Google AdMob |
| Diagnostics — performance of the app and of the ads SDK (launch time, crashes, battery use) | Keep the ad working and measure its delivery | Google AdMob |
| IP address and approximate location derived from it (country, region) — never GPS | Choose ads suited to the region and language, prevent fraud | Google AdMob |
| Technical information about the device and the app (model, Android version, language, connection type) | Deliver the ad in the right format and language | Google AdMob |
This data goes directly to Google, which acts as an independent controller of it — PlayDude does not receive, see or store any of it. All PlayDude sees in the AdMob dashboard are aggregate numbers (how many ads were shown and how much they earned), with no player data.
More details: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.
3. Consent (EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before loading any ad. The banner is only loaded if the choice allows it.
The choice is stored on the device itself. To review or change it at any time, open Settings → Privacy options inside the game. This item appears for people in those regions, where the law requires the option.
4. Ads for children (Families program)
Loja de Poções takes part in the Google Play Families program and is made for children and adults. For this reason, every ad request is tagged as child-directed and as under the age of consent, with a non-personalized ad (not chosen by interest or history) and a maximum rating of General (G). Google AdMob is a self-certified SDK of the Families program.
The app does not read the Android advertising identifier: the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission was removed.
5. Optional Google Play Games sign-in
Signing in to Google Play Games Services is optional: without signing in, the whole game works. If you sign in, Google itself provides the game with the player identifier and the player name of your Play Games profile. They are used only to sign you in and to record your result on the Play Games leaderboard and achievements.
- The game does not ask for an email, phone number or real name, and has no access to your Google account.
- The leaderboard and achievements live in Google Play Games and are handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; your Play Games profile settings define who can see your player name and results.
- The shop's progress is still saved only on the device; PlayDude does not keep the player identifier or name on any server.
6. Rating and updates through Google Play
The game may show Google Play's own rating window (In-App Review) and let you know when a new version is available in the store (In-App Updates). Both are features of the Google Play app on the device: the rating, the review and the update are handled by Google, and PlayDude receives no data through them.
7. App permissions
When you install the app, the Google Play page and the Android settings list these permissions. None of them gives access to personal data such as contacts, photos or precise location.
| Permission | What it is for |
|---|---|
INTERNET |
Download and show the banner and, if you sign in, talk to Google Play Games |
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE |
Check for a connection before requesting an ad |
VIBRATE |
Vibrate lightly on game actions (can be turned off in Settings) |
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS |
Android's own advertising APIs (Privacy Sandbox), declared by the Google SDK. Since the ads are non-personalized and child-directed, they are not chosen by interest |
WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICE |
Used internally by Google's libraries to finish sending ad reports in the background |
8. What the app does not do
- It has no sign-up or account of its own, and does not ask for an email, phone number or name.
- It has no in-app purchases.
- It does not read the advertising identifier or show personalized ads.
- It has no chat, messages or any communication between players.
- It does not access contacts, photos, camera, microphone, files or GPS.
- It does not use its own statistics, analytics or crash reporting tools.
- It does not sell or share data with data brokers.
9. Children
Loja de Poções is made for children too and follows the Google Play Families Policy. PlayDude does not ask for, collect or keep any personal information from children: there is no sign-up, chat, purchases, photos, location or interaction between players, and the ads follow the rules in section 4. Google Play Games sign-in is optional and follows Google's own account rules.
Parents and guardians with any concern can write to contato@playdude.com.br.
10. Data deletion and your rights
There is no PlayDude server or database with player information, so there is no data in our custody to export or delete. You are in control:
- Progress and preferences — Android Settings → Apps → Loja de Poções → Storage → Clear data; or uninstall the app.
- Ad consent (EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland) — Settings → Privacy options, inside the game (section 3).
- Play Games leaderboard, achievements and profile — in the Google Play Games app or settings, or at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
- Data processed by Google AdMob — these rights are exercised with Google, which controls that data: myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
This applies to the rights under the LGPD (Brazilian Law 13.709/2018), the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. Any question can be sent to the contact in section 13.
11. Security
The app's network communications are those of Google's ads SDK and, if you sign in, those of Google Play Games, sent over HTTPS. The game itself sends nothing to PlayDude. The information saved by the game stays in the app's private storage area, isolated by Android itself from the other apps on the device.
12. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes what is collected (for example, if it starts offering purchases), this page is updated before the new version reaches the store, and the effective date at the top changes with it. The new version takes effect when it is published at this same URL.
