Terms of Use — Farm TD

1. Acceptance of the terms

By playing Farm TD, a game developed by PlayDude and distributed through Google Play, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Farm TD Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any point, do not use the game.

2. Game description

Farm TD is a tower defense game with plant merging and progression between matches. The game has two virtual currencies — seeds and diamonds —, shows ads and offers in-app purchases, described in sections 5 and 6.

3. License to use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to play Farm TD, exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The code, art and other elements of Farm TD belong to PlayDude. No intellectual property rights over the game are transferred to you beyond the personal use license described above.

5. Ads

The game shows ads from the Google AdMob network: a strip (banner) on the farm screen, full-screen ads between matches and rewarded videos you choose to watch to earn bonuses. The content of the ads is the responsibility of the ad network and the advertisers; the developer does not individually choose or control which ad appears. The "No Ads" purchase or the "Farmer's Pack" removes the ads, and the bonuses that required a video are then granted directly.

6. In-app purchases

• Diamonds (Handful, Bag and Chest of diamonds) are consumable items: they are credited once to your game and spent as you use them.
• No Ads and Farmer's Pack are one-time purchases, tied to your Google account — they are not subscriptions and are not charged again. The Farmer's Pack includes what is described in the game's shop at the time of purchase.
• Seeds and diamonds are virtual game currencies: they have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person or another game.
• Payment is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Refunds follow Google Play's policy, not a policy of the developer's own.
• One-time purchases are restored when you reinstall or change devices once Google Play recognizes the purchase linked to your account. Game progress is saved on the device and, with Play Games connected, also in your account; outside these two places the developer has no way to recover lost progress or items.

7. Expected conduct

By using Farm TD, you agree not to:

• Modify the game or its code and redistribute it as your own, in whole or in part;
• Use cheats, modding tools or game bugs to obtain items, currency or purchases without paying;
• Use the game for any unlawful purpose or one that violates the rights of others.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Farm TD is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted operation or absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, the developer is not responsible for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the developer's domicile, unless the law provides otherwise.
