1. Acceptance

By installing or using the game, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. The game is intended for people aged 13 or older.

2. What the game is

A humorous point-and-tap game in which the system itself insists it is not a game, and a bureaucratic, sarcastic narrator comments on everything you do. It is entertainment and satire: the forms, stamps, notices, certificates and “procedures” shown in the game are fiction, have no official value and do not represent any real agency, company or person.

3. Price

The game is free, shows no ads and has no in-app purchases.

4. Permitted use

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, decompile, modify, redistribute or resell the game or its parts (code, images, texts, voice, music and sounds), except where the law allows it.

5. Ownership

The name Esse Jogo Não Existe, the PlayDude brand, the Dude mascot, the texts, the artwork, the narrator's voice, the music and the sound effects belong to PlayDude or are used under license. Third-party components follow their own licenses, listed on the game's Credits screen.

6. No warranties

The game is provided “as is”. We do our best for it to work well, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or that it will work on every device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlayDude is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, such as loss of progress stored on the device. Nothing in these terms removes rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990).

8. Changes and termination

We may update the game and these terms. When the terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them. We may also stop offering the game at any time.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Questions: contato@playdude.com.br.
