Privacy Policy — This Game Does Not Exist
Effective as of October 22, 2026
App: Esse Jogo Não Existe (This Game Does Not Exist) · package com.playdude.essejogonaoexiste
Developer: PlayDude
Contact: contato@playdude.com.br
In short: This Game Does Not Exist is free and does not collect, send or share personal data. There is no account, login, ads, in-app purchases, analytics or tracking.
Your progress is stored only on your device, and the game works offline.
1. What the game stores
Only what is needed for you to pick up where you left off, and only on your device (the app's local storage):
- Progress: which procedures you have completed and where you stopped.
- Preferences: sound, music, vibration and language.
- A flag noting that the review prompt was already shown, so it does not show again.
This data never leaves your device. PlayDude does not receive any of it.
2. What the game does not do
- It does not ask for your name, email, phone, an account or any sign-up or login.
- It does not show ads and does not use the device's advertising ID.
- It has no in-app purchases.
- It does not use analytics, tracking or usage reporting tools.
- It does not access location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
- It does not sell, rent or share data with third parties.
3. Google Play services
The game uses two features of Google Play itself, which belong to Google and follow Google's Privacy Policy:
- In-app review (In-App Review): at some point Google Play may show an invitation to rate the game. If you rate it, the rating and comment go to Google Play through your Google account; PlayDude receives nothing this way beyond what Google Play shows publicly in the store.
- Update notice (Play In-App Updates): the game asks Google Play whether a newer version exists, to let you know; if you accept, Google Play itself downloads and installs the update.
4. Internet
PlayDude keeps no server for this game, and the game sends no information to PlayDude. The connection is used only by the Google Play features above and when you ask for it yourself, for example when you tap the link to this policy (which opens in your browser) or a link to a game's page on Google Play.
5. Android permissions
| Permission | What for |
|---|---|
android.permission.INTERNET |
Required by the component that displays the game on screen and used by the Google Play features (review and update notice). The game itself sends no data. |
android.permission.VIBRATE |
Short vibration on some taps. It can be turned off in the game's Settings. |
com.playdude.essejogonaoexiste.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION |
Internal permission generated by the AndroidX library to protect the app itself. It gives access to no data. |
6. Sound and vibration
The game has music, sound effects and the narrator's voice, all recorded inside the app. Sound, music and vibration can be turned on and off in Settings. The game does not record audio and does not use the microphone.
7. Backup
The game is excluded from Android automatic backup. Progress does not go to the cloud and does not move from one device to another. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, the progress is erased.
8. Audience and children
This Game Does Not Exist is a satire for people aged 13 or older and is not directed at children. The game collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.
9. Data deletion and your rights
PlayDude keeps no server or database with information about players of this game, so there is no data of yours with us to delete. To erase what is on your device, go to Android Settings → Apps → Esse Jogo Não Existe → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the game. For any request about your data, write to contato@playdude.com.br.
This covers the rights provided by the LGPD (Brazilian Law 13.709/2018), the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA.
10. Changes to this policy
If a future version starts showing ads, offering purchases, asking for login, saving progress to the cloud or collecting any data, this page is updated before the new version reaches the store, and the effective date at the top changes with it.
