Terms of Use — Dude Survival
Effective as of October 11, 2026
App: Dude Survival · package com.playdude.dudesurvival
Developer: PlayDude
Contact: contato@playdude.com.br
These terms apply to the use of the game Dude Survival, published by PlayDude. By installing or using the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, just don't use it and uninstall the app.
Summary: the game is free, shows ads (only a banner and optional rewarded videos, never a full-screen ad that opens on its own) and offers optional purchases (diamond packs and "No ads"). No sign-up or account is needed.
1. What the game is
Dude Survival is a survival game where Dude, PlayDude's little robot, faces waves of little monsters with spells, levels up and defeats bosses. It is a single-player game that runs on the device itself; it has no chat or communication between players. The target audience declared on Google Play is 13 years or older.
2. Who the developer is
Dude Survival is developed and published by PlayDude, contact contato@playdude.com.br.
3. License to use
PlayDude grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the game on your devices, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the app;
- cheat, exploit bugs in the game or bypass purchases and ads;
- automate matches or scores;
- generate artificial clicks on ads;
- use the game in a way that breaks the law.
4. Coins, diamonds and virtual items
- Coins, diamonds, skins, accessories and upgrades are a license to use inside the game, not property. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or converted into money.
- Coins are earned by playing. Diamonds are earned in stages and events and can also be bought.
- Some skins and upgrades bought with coins or diamonds give Dude bonuses in a match (for example, more damage, health or speed). Each item's bonus is shown in the game before the purchase.
- The game has no loot boxes and no paid item with random content: you always see what you are buying.
- Progress and items are stored on the device. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game deletes the progress and any diamonds not yet used.
- Prices in coins and diamonds, rewards and items may be rebalanced in updates.
5. In-app purchases
- All purchases are processed by Google Play, with the prices shown in the store before confirmation.
- No ads is a permanent purchase, tied to your Google account, and can be restored with Restore purchases on the same account.
- Diamond packs are consumable: the diamonds are credited on the device and can be bought more than once.
- Payments that remain pending (for example, boleto or Pix in Brazil) only unlock the item after Google Play confirms the payment.
- Refund requests follow Google Play's refund policy.
- No purchase is required to play.
6. Ads
The game shows Google AdMob ads: a strip (banner) at the top during a match and rewarded videos, which only appear when you choose to watch (to revive, double your coins or take more upgrade cards). There is never a full-screen ad that opens on its own. Whoever buys No ads stops seeing the banner and gets the rewards without a video. Ad content is chosen by Google; if something seems inappropriate, let us know at the contact.
7. Intellectual property
Code, art, sounds, texts, the Dude character and the Dude Survival and PlayDude brands belong to PlayDude. These terms do not transfer any of these rights.
8. Availability and updates
The game is provided "as is" and may be fixed, updated, changed or discontinued.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PlayDude is not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, nor for the content of third-party ads. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law guarantees to consumers.
10. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
11. Google Play
Installation, updates and purchases go through Google Play, which has its own terms.
12. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top is updated. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the game means agreeing to it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
