These terms apply to the use of the game Dominó Clássico Offline, published by PlayDude. By installing or using the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, just don't use it and uninstall the app.
Summary: the game is free, shows an ad banner and offers optional purchases: removing ads and tile styles. No sign-up is needed and it works without internet. No purchase is required to play.
1. What the game is
Dominó Clássico Offline is double-six dominoes, you against the computer, at three difficulty levels. A match goes up to 100 points; profile, level and history are stored on the device itself.
2. In-app purchases
- No ads — removes the game's ad banner.
- Black Tiles and Golden Tiles — tile styles that only change how your tiles look. They give no advantage in the match.
- All three are one-time purchases, tied to your Google account: they are not a subscription and are not charged again. They can be restored on another device or after reinstalling, in Shop → Restore purchases.
- All purchases are processed by Google Play, at the prices shown in the game's shop, in your account's currency. Pending payments (such as boleto) only unlock the item once Google Play confirms them. Refund requests follow Google Play's refund policy.
- Purchased items have no money value and cannot be exchanged, transferred to another person or converted into money.
3. Ads
The game shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the screen, in reserved space that doesn't cover the table. There are no full-screen or video ads. Whoever buys No ads stops seeing the banner. Ad content is chosen by Google; if something seems inappropriate, let us know at the contact.
4. License to use
PlayDude grants you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the game on your devices, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not: copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app; bypass purchases or ads, or generate artificial clicks on ads; use the game in a way that breaks the law.
5. Intellectual property
Code, art, tile styles, sounds, music, texts and the Dominó Clássico Offline and PlayDude brands (including the Dude mascot) belong to PlayDude. These terms do not transfer any of these rights.
6. Availability and updates
The game is provided "as is" and may be fixed, updated, changed or discontinued. One-time purchases remain tied to your Google account while the game is available on Google Play.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PlayDude is not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, nor for the content of third-party ads. Progress is saved only on the device: a deleted or lost profile and history cannot be recovered (purchases can, with Restore purchases). Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law guarantees to consumers.
8. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
9. Google Play
Installation, updates and purchases go through Google Play, which has its own terms.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top is updated. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the game means agreeing to it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
