Privacy Policy — Dominó Clássico Offline

Effective as of August 30, 2026 · updated October 8, 2026 (in-app purchases)

App: Dominó Clássico Offline · package com.playdude.domino
Developer: PlayDude Inc
Contact: lgpd@playdude.com.br

Summary: the game does not ask you to sign up, does not create an account and does not send data to the developer. The only information that leaves the device is the Android advertising identifier, used by Google AdMob to show the banner. Optional purchases (no ads and tile styles) are made and paid through Google Play; the developer does not receive payment data.

1. Data that stays only on your device

The game stores some information in the device's local storage (localStorage), only so you don't lose your progress and preferences from one match to the next:

This information is never transmitted: there is no server, account or sync behind the game. It is gone when you use the "Reset history" option in the app or when you uninstall the app.

2. Data collected by third parties (ads)

The app shows a banner from the Google AdMob network. To deliver and measure this banner, Google's own SDK collects, directly on your device:

Data What for Who collects it
Android advertising identifier (AD_ID) Showing ads, limiting repetition of the same ad, measuring performance and preventing fraud Google AdMob
Technical information about the device and app (model, operating system, language, approximate IP) Delivering the ad in the right format and language Google AdMob

This data goes directly to Google, which acts as an independent controller of this information — PlayDude Inc does not receive, see or store any of it.

More details: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in AdMob.

In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases in the game's shop are optional and processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Payment (card, Pix, boleto and the like) happens on the Google Play screen: PlayDude does not receive, see or store payment data. The app receives from Google Play only the confirmation of which items your Google account bought, to unlock them and restore them on another device. More details in the Terms of Use and in the Google Privacy Policy.

Whoever buys No ads stops seeing the banner: the AdMob SDK is not started and the advertising identifier is not used by the game.

3. What the app does not do

4. Consent (EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before loading any ad, so you can choose between personalized and non-personalized ads.

Your choice is recorded on the device itself and can be changed at any time in the same form.

5. How to limit personalized advertising

In any region, you can manage the device's advertising identifier in Android Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete it (the exact path may vary depending on the Android version).

If you delete the identifier, you keep seeing ads — just not personalized ones.

6. Children

Dominó Clássico Offline is not directed at children: the target audience declared on Google Play is 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Parents and guardians with any concern can write to lgpd@playdude.com.br.

7. Data subject rights

Since there is no server or database with user information, there is nothing in our custody to export or delete — everything the game stores stays on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it all.

For data handled by Google AdMob (section 2), rights are exercised with Google, which controls it:

This applies to the rights provided by the LGPD (Brazilian Law 13.709/2018), the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. Any question about the game itself can be sent to the contact in section 10.

8. Security

The app works offline. The network communication it makes is the ad request from Google's SDK and, in the shop, the exchange with Google Play to show prices, buy and restore purchases — both transmitted over HTTPS and made by Google's services.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, the effective date at the top of the page is updated with it, and the new version applies from its publication at this same URL. We recommend reviewing this page from time to time.
