Terms of Use — Ad ID Finder

Effective as of October 11, 2026

1. The app

Ad ID Finder is a free information and diagnostic app: it shows the device's Advertising ID, device information and guidance about Android's advertising settings and AdMob test devices.

2. No affiliation with Google

Ad ID Finder is an independent PlayDude app. It is not an official Google or AdMob app and has no affiliation with, endorsement by or sponsorship from these companies. Google, Android, Google Play and AdMob are trademarks of Google LLC.

3. What the app does not do

Viewing, copying, resetting or deleting the Advertising ID does not block ads. The app does not remove ads from other apps, does not prevent impressions or clicks from being counted, does not generate clicks, impressions or installs and does not change advertising metrics.

4. Permitted use

Use the app to view information about your own device or devices you are authorized to use. The AdMob guidance is for legitimate ad testing; do not use the app to defraud, manipulate or circumvent advertising systems. You are responsible for complying with Google's and AdMob's policies on your account.

5. Third-party information

The guidance about Android and AdMob summarizes Google's public documentation and may become outdated. In case of any difference, the official documentation prevails, and the app offers links to it.

6. Availability

The Advertising ID is provided by Google Play Services and may be unavailable or zeroed depending on the device, the Android version and your privacy settings. The app is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

7. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. In short: the app does not access the internet and nothing leaves the device unless you ask.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date at the top changes with them.
