Terms of Use — XP Monster

Last updated: October 24, 2026

App: XP Monster · package com.playdude.xpmonsterclicker
Developer: PlayDude
Contact: contato@playdude.com.br

These terms apply to the use of the XP Monster game, published by PlayDude. By installing or using the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, just don't use it and uninstall the app.

Summary: the game is free, works offline, shows a banner ad and offers optional videos that give boosts. There are optional purchases, such as "No ads", "Gold x2" and gold bags. No sign-up is needed and no purchase is required to play.

1. What the game is

XP Monster is a tapping game (clicker): you tap the monster to defeat it, collect gold and hire helpers that attack on their own. Every ten zones a boss shows up with a time limit. Progress is stored on the device itself.

2. In-app purchases

3. Ads and video boosts

The game shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the screen, in reserved space. Rewarded videos are optional: they only appear when you tap to get a reward and confirm with "Watch video", and the reward is only given if the video is watched to the end. Boosts last a limited amount of play time and stack up to a cap. "Skip Ad" vouchers, which sometimes drop in the game, give the reward without a video. Without internet, videos may be unavailable; the rest of the game keeps working. Ad content is chosen by Google; if something seems inappropriate, let us know through the contact.

4. Device date and time

Helpers keep collecting gold while the game is closed (up to a limit of hours), measured by the device clock. To keep this fair, if the device date or time is changed manually, the game shows a notice and does not open until the clock is back to normal (preferably in automatic mode). No data is lost because of this.

5. License

PlayDude grants you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the game on your devices, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not: copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app; bypass purchases, ads or the game clock, or generate artificial ad clicks; use the game in a way that breaks the law.

6. Intellectual property

Code, art, monsters, sounds, texts and the XP Monster and PlayDude brands (including the Dude mascot) belong to PlayDude. These terms do not transfer any of these rights.

7. Availability and updates

The game is provided "as is" and may be fixed, updated, changed or discontinued. One-time purchases remain tied to your Google account while the game is available on Google Play.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlayDude is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, nor for the content of third-party ads. Progress is saved only on the device: deleted or lost progress cannot be recovered (one-time purchases can, through Restore purchases; bags and inventory items cannot). Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law guarantees to consumers.

9. Privacy

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Google Play

Installation, updates and purchases go through Google Play, which has its own terms.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top is updated. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the game means you agree to it.

12. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
