Privacy Policy — Pulo do Gato: Salto Fofo
Effective as of October 22, 2026
App: Pulo do Gato: Salto Fofo · package com.playdude.pulodogato
Developer: PlayDude
Contact: lgpd@playdude.com.br
Summary: Pulo do Gato is a casual physics game with 160 levels. It does not ask you to sign up, does not create an account, has no purchases and does not send data to the developer — there is no PlayDude server behind the game. Your progress is stored on the device itself.
The game shows one ad banner from Google AdMob in the strip at the bottom of the screen. It is the only thing that talks to the internet: to deliver and measure this ad, Google's SDK collects some technical data about the device and sends it directly to Google. Since the game is also made for children, the ad is always non-personalized, rated General, and the app does not read the advertising identifier. PlayDude does not receive, see or store any of this data.
1. Data that stays only on your device
The game stores some information in the device's local storage (localStorage), only so you don't lose what you have achieved from one session to the next:
- Progress — which of the 160 levels you have finished, in how many attempts, and how far you got.
- Stars and records — the total stars collected and the counters used by achievements (such as how many levels in a row you passed on the first try).
- Achievements — which of the 11 achievements you have unlocked.
- Preferences — language, sound, music, vibration and aiming line.
This information is never transmitted to the developer: there is no PlayDude server, account or sync behind the game. You can delete it at any time in Settings → Delete my progress, inside the game, and it is gone when you uninstall the app.
2. Ads (Google AdMob)
The app shows only one banner, always in the strip at the bottom of the screen. Its space is reserved in the layout, so it doesn't cover the play. There are no full-screen (interstitial) ads, no rewarded videos, and nothing in the game is unlocked in exchange for watching an ad.
The banner comes from the Google AdMob network. To deliver and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK itself collects, directly on your device:
| Data | What for | Who collects it |
|---|---|---|
| Device identifiers — the App set ID. The Android advertising identifier (AD_ID) is not read: the permission was removed from the app | Limiting repetition of the same ad, measuring performance and preventing fraud | Google AdMob |
| Interactions — app opens and what happens with the ad (impression, tap, view) | Measuring and billing the ad, preventing invalid clicks | Google AdMob |
| Diagnostics — performance of the app and the ads SDK (startup time, crashes, battery use) | Keeping the ad working and measuring its delivery | Google AdMob |
| IP address and approximate location derived from it (country, region) — never GPS | Choosing ads suitable for the region and language, preventing fraud | Google AdMob |
| Technical information about the device and app (model, Android version, language, connection type) | Delivering the ad in the right format and language | Google AdMob |
This data goes directly to Google, which acts as an independent controller of this information — PlayDude does not receive, see or store any of it. What PlayDude sees in the AdMob dashboard are only aggregated numbers (how many ads were shown and how much they earned), with no player data.
In the Google Play Data safety declaration, this appears as Approximate location, App interactions, Diagnostics and Device or other IDs, collected and shared with Google, for the purposes Advertising or marketing, Analytics and Fraud prevention, security and compliance.
More details: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.
3. Consent (EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before loading any ad, so you can choose how your data may be used for advertising. The banner is only loaded if your choice allows it.
Your choice is recorded on the device itself. To review or change it at any time, open Settings → Ad privacy, inside the game. This item appears for people in these regions, where the law requires the option.
4. Ads for children (Families program)
Pulo do Gato takes part in the Google Play Families program. For this reason, every ad request is marked as child-directed and as under the age of consent, with non-personalized ads (not chosen by interest or history) and a maximum General (G) rating. Google AdMob is a self-certified SDK in the Families program.
The app does not read the Android advertising identifier: the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission was removed.
5. App permissions
When you install the app, the Google Play page and the Android settings list these permissions. All of them come from Google's ads SDK and the libraries it brings along; none gives access to personal data such as contacts, photos or precise location.
| Permission | What it is for |
|---|---|
INTERNET |
Downloading and showing the banner |
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE |
Knowing whether there is a connection before requesting an ad |
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS |
Android's own advertising APIs (Privacy Sandbox), declared by Google's SDK. Since ads are non-personalized and child-directed, they are not chosen by interest |
WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICE |
Used internally by Google's libraries to finish sending ad reports in the background |
6. What the app does not do
- It has no login, account or sign-up, and does not ask for an e-mail, phone number or name.
- It does not use Google Play Games Services: achievements and records stay only on the device.
- It has no in-app purchases.
- It does not read the advertising identifier or show personalized ads.
- It has no chat, messages or any communication between players.
- It does not access contacts, photos, camera, microphone, files or GPS.
- It does not use its own statistics, analytics or crash reporting tool — the only SDK that sends data is Google's ads SDK (section 2).
- It does not sell or share data with data brokers.
7. Children
Pulo do Gato: Salto Fofo is made also for children and follows the Google Play Families Policy. The game does not ask for, collect or store children's personal information: there is no sign-up, chat, purchases, photos, location or interaction between players, and ads follow the rules in section 4.
Parents and guardians with any concern can write to lgpd@playdude.com.br.
8. Data deletion and your rights
There is no server or database with player information, so there is no data in our custody to export or delete. You are in control:
- Progress, achievements and preferences — Settings → Delete my progress, inside the game; or Android Settings → Apps → Pulo do Gato → Storage → Clear data; or uninstall the app.
- Ad consent (EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland) — Settings → Ad privacy, inside the game (section 3).
- Data handled by Google AdMob — rights are exercised with Google, which controls it: myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
This applies to the rights provided by the LGPD (Brazilian Law 13.709/2018), the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. Any question about the game itself can be sent to the contact in section 11.
9. Security
The app's only network communication is that of Google's ads SDK, transmitted over HTTPS. The game itself sends nothing. The information saved by the game stays in the app's private storage area, isolated by Android itself from the other apps on the device.
10. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes what is collected, this page is updated before the new version reaches the store, and the effective date at the top changes with it. The new version applies from its publication at this same URL. We recommend reviewing this page from time to time.
