Terms of Use — Prisma TD

Effective as of October 21, 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the game, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Minors should use the game with their parents' or guardians' knowledge.

2. What the game offers

Tower defense with mazes and tower alchemy: a campaign across worlds and stages, Endless mode, online matches (1v1 and Co-op), Encyclopedia, account level and profile. Google Play Games features (achievements, leaderboards and cloud save) depend on the optional sign-in to your Google account and on Google's own rules. Chance-based rewards (for example, Prisms when winning a stage or every 10 waves in Endless) are drawn on the device and may not come out; the odds are shown in the game and may change between versions.

3. Purchases and Prisms

• No ads: a one-time purchase that removes the Google AdMob banner (the rewarded video in the prize wheel stays optional, only if you want it) and is valid for the Google account used for the purchase, in this and future versions; it can be restored in "Restore purchases".
• Prisms: the game's virtual currency, bought in packs or earned by playing, used for cosmetic items (such as tower skins), which give no advantage in matches. Prisms and items have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person, and stay on the device and in the Play Games cloud save (if you use it). Losing the app's data without the cloud save may erase the Prisms.
• Payments and refunds follow Google Play's rules. Rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code still apply.

4. Online matches

• Use a nickname that is not offensive, does not impersonate someone else and does not contain your personal data.
• Cheating, altering the app or the traffic, or deliberately disrupting the server or other players is not allowed.
• The online server may go offline or change; matches may drop. We may close rooms that break these terms.

5. Permitted use

• You may use the game for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Copying, decompiling, modifying, redistributing or reselling the game or its parts (code, images, music and sounds) is not allowed, except where the law permits.
• Using the game to cheat Google Play Games leaderboards or achievements is not allowed.

6. Ownership

The Prisma TD name, the PlayDude brand, the Dude mascot, the art, the music and the sound effects belong to PlayDude or are used under license. Third-party components follow their own licenses, listed on the game's Credits screen.

7. No warranties

The game is provided "as is". We do our best for it to work well, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors, that it will work on every device or that online mode will always be available. The balance of stages, towers and monsters may change between versions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlayDude is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, such as loss of progress stored on the device. Nothing in these terms excludes rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990).

9. Changes and termination

We may update the game and these terms. When the terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them. We may also stop offering the game or online mode at any time.
