Terms of Use — Cava Tatu

These terms apply to the use of the game Cava Tatu, published by PlayDude. By installing or using the game, you — or, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian — agree to them. If you do not agree, just don't use it and uninstall the app.

1. What the game is

Cava Tatu is a physics puzzle: the player drags a finger to dig through the dirt and get Tatu Cascudo the armadillo to catch all the ants in each level. There are 120 levels in 6 worlds, with stars, coins, helper items and outfits for the character.

2. Age and guardians

The game is intended for ages 13 and up and shows ads that may be personalized. Anyone between 13 and 18 should use it with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who can use Google Play's controls (such as Family Link) to approve purchases and accepts these terms on the teen's behalf.

3. Coins, items and in-app purchases

• Coins are earned by playing (winning levels, achievements and challenges) and can also be bought. They can only be used inside the game (helper items and Tatu's outfits), have no money value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or converted into money.
• Remove ads and the Starter Pack are permanent purchases, tied to your Google account, and can be restored in Shop → Restore purchases.
• Coin packs are single-use: the coins are credited on the device.
• All purchases are processed by Google Play, at the prices shown in the store. Refund requests follow Google Play's refund policy.
• No purchase is required to play and beat every level.

4. Ads

The game shows Google AdMob ads, which may be personalized (maximum rating: parental guidance): a strip (banner) at the top of the screen, in reserved space that doesn't cover the game, and rewarded videos, which only appear when you choose to watch to earn something. No full-screen ad appears without you asking. Whoever buys Remove ads (or the Starter Pack) stops seeing the banner; rewarded videos remain optional. Ad content is chosen by Google; if something seems inappropriate, let us know at the contact.

5. Google Play Games

Signing in to Google Play Games is optional and enables achievements, leaderboards and saving progress to your Google account. These services belong to Google and follow Google's terms.

6. License to use

PlayDude grants you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the game on your devices, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not: copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app; bypass purchases or ads, or generate artificial clicks on ads; use the game in a way that breaks the law.

7. Intellectual property

Code, art, characters (including Tatu Cascudo), sounds, music, levels, texts and the Cava Tatu and PlayDude brands belong to PlayDude. These terms do not transfer any of these rights.

8. Availability and updates

The game is provided "as is" and may be fixed, updated, changed or discontinued. New levels may arrive in updates.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlayDude is not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the game, nor for the content of third-party ads. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law guarantees to consumers.

10. Privacy

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

11. Google Play

Installation, updates and purchases go through Google Play, which has its own terms.

12. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top is updated. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the game means agreeing to it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA).
